Wisdom from Jyoti Vision Astrology

Vedic Astrology, referred to as Jyotish, is regarded as the Eye of the Vedas and is one of the six limbs, or Vedangas, of the ancient wisdom traditions of India. Jyoti translates to heavenly light. Jyotish, a sister science to yoga and Ayurveda, is the "Jyotir Vidya" or lore of light. It studies the light from celestial bodies using a sidereal astronomical system, which is about 24 degrees earlier than Western Astrology's tropical calculations based on equinoxes and seasons.
